Professional Experience
Nate was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012. Since then, Nate has maintained an active practice, including over 10 years as the primary attorney at Siedman Law. In 2025 Nate joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP. Nate is a passionate advocate for his clients in courts throughout the Bay Area. Nate’s advocacy led to favorable decisions that helped define the law in reported decisions by the First District Court of Appeals including:

Nate’s experience includes civil rights claims before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and the Northern District of California.
Education and Memberships
Nate received his B.A. in political science with a minor in philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his law degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Law.
Nate is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and the Marin County Bar Association’s (MCBA) Family Law Section. Nate volunteers by giving pro bono advice to disadvantaged clients through the MCBA’s Lawyers in the Library program. Nate is a Trustee of the Bolinas-Stinson Unified School District, serving as its President for more than ten years. He has also served on the Marin County School Boards Association’s Executive Committee where he was its Treasurer. Nate is a volunteer coach of youth baseball and soccer in West Marin, enjoys studying the history of West Marin and loves playing chess and sports. He lives in Bolinas with his wife, son and daughter.
